I had a great time scrapping with a bunch of girls on Saturday that I fondly refer to as "The Seven Springs Bunch" as that is the name of the small town we scrap in. I like this group so well that I went to the crop even though it was my birthday. They are so creative and think outside the box. These are the kind of people you want around you as they stretch you. One girl always teaches us a new technique or shows us how to make a craft. We made these adorable pumpkins on Saturday. Here is mine
My friend, Kim, inked the edges of hers with some Tim Holtz distress ink and look at how much difference it made.
And here is a picture of all of them together which we referred to as the "pumpkin patch". You'll notice one pumpkin wasn't quite finished in the back row but was a good sport and his picture taken anyway!!
Sarah got this idea from Archivers so if you go in there, you will see one on display. I think it is on their website too. They have an adorable turkey that I am hoping we can make next month!!
