Jenn, a fellow scrapper, shared this recipe. It looks good and I am giving it a try for this Sunday's dinner.
Sam's Fire Station Chicken:
4 lb of chicken
1 bottle smokey bbq sauce
1 16 oz can of pineapple, undrained
2 c coarse chopped onions
2 c chopped bell peppers
1 seeded & chopped jalapeno pepper
Place in the crock pot bring to boil on med heat. Turn heat to med low and cook 1 hour until chicken is no longer pink.
