I am hoping that by scrapping these pictures of the snow this year that we will get the snow behind us and not have any more :)

Recipe Box Swap

I participated in a recipe box swap over on the cricut circle message board.  It was suppose to be a Christmas themed one, but I asked for chickens as I want to keep mine out all year round and that's what my kitchen is decorated in.  Jenny Dennis had my name and she made this gorgeous box!!  I LOVE IT!!  I especially love the little glass handle knob.  The metal corners and the Tim Holtz feet make this box special, but what makes it extra special is knowing that Jenny had me in mind when she crafted it for me!!!

Jenny also made me a dry erase board by using an acrylic frame and a piece of the paper that matches the recipe box.  She velcroed a marker on the back side.  I never saw this before and didn't know that an acrylic frame could be used as a dry erase board!  I love it!!
